Hello!

I am a Registered Social Worker in the Province of Saskatchewan with a Master's degree in Social Work. 

Over my 20 year career I have experience working in the areas of child and youth mental health, early intervention, family intervention, and counseling primarily in the areas of addiction, grief, interpersonal violence, and post traumatic growth. 

Rural Saskatchewan has a special place in my heart and access to mental health services can be challenging for those residing rurally; therefore, I am looking forward to offering monthly services in Watrous Saskatchewan. 

I am a very creative individual and bring this into the therapy session whenever someone feels that could be helpful, using hands on expressive interventions such as sand tray and expressive art.
